I’m Zoe – a London-based freelance copywriter and journalist.
I review commercial women's fiction for Daily Express. I have also written news articles and features for Express Online, Natural Health, Talk Business, IdeasTap, Forbes Travel Guide, Greenwich Visitor, Global Cosmetics News and others.
As a copywriter, I have produced materials including website text, newsletters, articles, conference handouts, event write-ups, staff profiles and press releases for clients such as Oxford University’s Said Business School, The Mountbatten Institute, Axis Europe, and Barbican Centre.
Outside my freelance work, I like to write short stories and novels. One of my stories, inspired by a trip to India, featured in The Irresponsible Traveller: Tales of Scrapes and Narrow Escapes, published by Bradt in 2014. After becoming one of the winners of Bradt's Roam Alone competition last year, another of my stories, based on a holiday in Jordan, is due to feature in an anthology coming out in April.
I have also written a romantic comedy novel, Would Like to Meet…, which I self-published in 2016.
I live in southeast London and when I'm not typing, I enjoy painting, reading and walking my dog, Bella.
